Arlene: Commitment to Excellence
For nearly 14 years, Arlene has been a cornerstone of the Axcent team as a Provisioning Engineer. She plays a key role in making sure service connections and disconnections go smoothly, working closely with vendors to keep everything running without a hitch. Beyond her technical expertise, it’s the company culture that has made her time at Axcent so meaningful.
“One of my favorite memories is winning our first company Christmas decorating contest,” Arlene recalls. “It was such a fun and festive moment that captured our team spirit.” She also takes great pride in Axcent being recognized by the Dallas Morning News as one of the Best Companies to Work For. “This company makes everyone feel welcome, no matter where they come from,” she says. “I’d recommend Axcent to anyone looking for a place where they can truly belong.”
Chad: Growth and Impact
Chad’s journey with Axcent began nearly 20 years ago, starting as a contractor in 2005 before stepping into his current role as Business Development Manager. Over the years, he has worn many hats, from project management to network design, but what he values most is the strong sense of community within the company.
“The things we did together outside of work, like poker nights to support a grieving co-worker or fundraising for cancer research, really strengthened our bond,” Chad shares. “Axcent isn’t just a company; it’s a family.”
Jason: Innovation and Dedication
For over 11 years, Jason has been a dedicated Provisioning Engineer, playing a key role in major network transitions. One of his proudest moments was leading a team in 2017 to decommission 50,000 AT&T GSM 3G circuits in just four months, a testament to Axcent’s ability to handle large-scale, complex projects with precision.
“What makes Axcent special is the camaraderie,” Jason says. “From company events to crawfish boils, it’s the people that make the difference.”
